We're talking here about a person with a psychotic illness. It's not each "personality" thay gets judged. It's the person themselves.
As I said, much like our justice system evaluates a person's condition to determine their awareness and thus their guilt, so too will God.
Olay, then how does god differentiate the person from the personality? Will it be the personality that believes that's sick and the personality that doesn't believe is just a symptom of the sickness? When both personalities are equally conscious of it's own self?
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

whether Christian or Muslim. whether salvation by faith or works, the question comes up. One personality is Christian, one is Muslim, one has faith in Jesus, one is atheist, one does very good things to people and one does very bad things. If all these personalities exist in one body, how does a god decide whether to send them to heaven or hell?
Cuts them in half. Sends half their body in heaven and the other half to hell. They'll still be alive though.

Not with your kind of belief and since you did not notice I credited God with every action including my belief, I know that's difficult for you to understand but, why should I state anything but the truth. I see in all you wisdom you forgot to give us the reason such a marvelous thing happened and still is.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Religion has contributed little to the treatment of mental illness. We have science to thank for that. Jesus just put evil spirits into pigs then made them drown themselves.

I can think of a couple of explanations. Rule of thirds when it comes to mental illness (particularly schizophrenia), your attention and care, change in environment, change in mental stress level. None of these require god.
Don't get me wrong, the change occurred under your care so I believe you played a crucial part. But that was not god.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

I will agree that those things are possible, but they take time and I'm speaking of events that happen instantly. Do I believe that our care for her has helped her, of course love always has an effect on people mentally ill or not. God put her in our care because He knew we would love her, she is the daughter I never had.

Saves them.
Next question?

GC bold mine
Nope, you said she was with you for 6 months. If it was god, why did this not happen 6 months earlier. This sounds like the result from 6 months of change.
Nope, the state put her in your care with help from your wife. god would have sent her in a basket floating down a river.

GC According to the biblical record, god takes several hundred years to do things. Not what I'd call instant.
Was the god who put the woman in your care the same god who put those nine people down in South Carolina in the care of Dylan Roof? So god picks and choses who he wants to help. That doesn't prove anything and says nothing about the treatment of the majority of people.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

I don't know.
I generally try to refrain from making such declarations (as to whether someone is saved or not), and think this applies even more so, in such a specialized case. I don't think that I have the ability or the position to make that call. I believe that this follows; from what the Bible teaches about salvation, which I believe is by faith alone, through Christ alone. The best I can do, is explain what faith is, and what it looks like, according to the scripture. It's not a matter of weighing certain aspects against each other.
Concerning multiple personality disorders, I do not (and I don't think anyone really does) understand the nature or cause of the condition.
