Exactly. They are ironically being counter productive to their own cause by and treating the body of an aborted baby differently/with less respect than they would any other dead body. That's why I don't like it.

I just don't want to see those pictures showing up in my feed... just like I don't want to look at murder scene pictures (if one does believe that abortion is murder) with a message of "Don't murder people."

My question is, if these pictures aren't actually faked, where are these pro-birthers getting all these gruesome pictures of bloody dead fetuses?  It's not like they'd be working undercover in abortion clinics, and it's doubtful that abortion doctors are taking pictures of every abortion they perform.  But for at least 30 years I've seen the pro-birth crowd displaying pictures of supposed aborted fetuses.
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.

I'm pretty sure they are real. Doctors take pictures of them for records and documentation. Eventually some of the photos get leaked.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

There's real photos and then there are real photos. They don't say when these pictures are taken. During the legal periods of abortion, the fetus would look nothing like a human being. Chances are that these photos are taken of miscarriages rather than abortions.

That's not true...
