It's the right of America to protect its' foreign policies and personal interests ? So, why send your people overseas, if it would endanger them ?

I'm waiting for the Constitutional Articles and Clauses that addresses immigration and who gets to say who our foreign and domestic enemies are. I like to learn new things.
