To continue with the legal lesson you may want to bone up on 8 US Code Section 1182 - Inadmissible aliens.  It's a long read but it says that whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the US would be detrimental to the interests of the US, he may issue an EO for as long as he likes to suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions that he may deem appropriate.

That's my summary since I can't get the Draft function to work.

Now pay attention.  You will notice that the President has that exclusive power.  He doesn't have to kiss the Congress Critters' behinds to do it.  And guess what?  Judges can't stop him from doing it.  So if he had wanted to he could have barred those people from entry and deported them on the next flight.  

The Judge should be disbarred for her criminal behavior.  

Trump is in charge and he can kick ass and take names if he wants to.  Of course Congress can impeach him but all hell would break loose if they did.

Six previous Presidents have used EOs a total of 25 times to bar aliens from entering the US and it has just became a problem when Trump does it. That's too funny. Reagan barred Cubans. Carter barred Iranians. Has that Judge been disbarred yet?

OK, after some in-depth research I think I've found the answer.

The news accounts are 99% BS and fake news intended to create mass hysteria.  

Trump did sign the EO, "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States" on January 27, 2017.  

Obama and Congress had previously identified the seven countries of concern on December 18, 2015, when he signed into law the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2016, which included the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015.  Those seven countries are Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, and Yemen.  That's why none of the countries Trump did business in is on the list.  Obama didn't regard them as a concern.

Now in Trump's EO the only country mentioned by name is Syria.  He referred to the list that Obama had previously identified.  

Under the Act if a citizen from a VWP program country, say England or South Korea, had been in one of those countries on concern that person had to get a visa before visiting the US.  The people in the countries of concern always had to have a visa.  

Trump's EO now bars those people from the seven countries that Obama had identified until they are more thoroughly "vetted".  When they are they might get a visa.  However, if it's determined that they have bad behavior (such as doing a honor killing or car bombing) they won't get a visa.  

Trump's EO also suspends the plan to import 50,000 Syrian refugees at this time because it's not in our national interest.

So, if anyone is open-minded about the issue he/she should read the EO and this link from Homeland Security that has FAQs about the Visa Waiver Program Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act.

Saudi is an Ok country, it's cool and chilled. Currently, it's cold and everyone is on the hoodies.

Back on topic, mad max is a good film, and regarding Trump, it is ok. It wouldn't get that far anytime soon. America has lived for ~400 years (I think), and it had never experienced or promulgated a revolution like France.

If the Americans want to learn something about revolutions, they should learn it from the French. It's not in the American culture tbh, but assassination has been, JFK and Abe Lincoln  .

So, positively thinking, the recent protests should be a temporary setback, and the government must be having a quick-fix for the people and Trump, who could be or would be impeached, anytime soon.

True, which makes it a democratic country..... likewise goes for socialism. In the monarchic style of governancy, the people and the country must abide by the constitution, as far as I've seen.
