I think it will be from a minimum of 5-3 to 8-0 in favor of the complete EO.  The Court has to show that it supports the safety and security of the United States without question.  That's the President's job.  It won't be willing to restrict his ability to do it.  Plus the EO is completely legal under current law.

Sally Yates didn't seem to think it was defensible, and now a bunch of other judges are agreeing with her.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:

Indeed if I were that easy trump would have done so already patients is not a trait trump has .But let's see how far his ego pushes him to the edge.

If this thing eventually passes, it's going to end up resembling "stricter vetting" rather than the Muslim ban he wanted. He's just fighting for any win to save face at this point.

What are the odds that Drumpfuck creates a Volksgerichtshof if the regime's appeal to the strike down of the travel ban ultimately fails?

Federal judges serve lifetime appointments. They cannot be fired, only removed for "high crimes and misdemeanors".

It came to my mind also. The nazis also created it because justice was still too liberal for their liking. In lights of the Reichstagsbrand-trial where several of the accused had been aquitted.
