Tres,in all honesty, if it wasn't for Pam, I'd be completely stuffed in all aspects... (don't tell her that, she'll get a big head!)
I really couldn't care about most things really as long as I've got the companionship of my ever faithful and reliable other half and a roof over our head ...
The rest is just really 1st world distractions.

Go to the gym.
Have sex.
Chat to people I like.
I always feel pretty emotionally stable but when I feel myself slip slightly then doing these things helps me out.
Plus I live in England, we don't get sun all that much. Going out in the sun relieves my stress a lot in the summertime. Going for a walk in the countryside, going for a long long cycle or going for a drive. I love the summer.
I don't think I've ever been into eating bad food to help stress.
I used to smoke weed, drink too much and play computer games and drink way too much caffeine and so on but I've given all those things up now.

Aoi, I just installed the special edition! Very nice updated graphics ...now with mods built in ...No more Nexus needed... Bit I'll still use it.

I used to cope with being overwhelmed by throwing rocks at protestants, but that's frowned upon now (fucking political correctness).
These days, I usually cook something. I like to cook, and I'm good at it. It kind of puts me back in 'the middle' and makes me realize that things are never as bad as they seem.

In the past, nothing healthy. I'd be consumed by anxiety, sometimes requiring hospitalization.
Now, I'm using techniques from DBT (dialectic behavioral therapy).
