Instead, the report states clearly only that Trump discussed an Islamic State plot and the city where the plot was detected by an intelligence-gathering partner. Officials worried that this information could lead to the discovery of the methods and sources involved, but it didn't say Trump discussed them.

No, it's pretty clear the leak came from inside the intelligence community. The White House had to do damage control by informing the NSA and CIA right after the meeting that the information was given up.

Someone inside the agencies probably leaked it to WaPo.

According to some law experts the office of President regardless of party, the President has the right to do what he did. Having said that, that fucking moron does not understand legal and moral, much less optics and tactics. Trump spent a year attacking 17 agencies, fires Comey meets with Russia at the same time, now this. WTF?
