More than this, apparently. It seems that the President can de-classify something simply by saying it. Thus, what he's done here doesn't rise to the level of 'high crimes and misdemeanors' and is not an impeachable offense. Stupid, careless, dangerous, boneheaded and incompetent - but not illegal.
