I would list that one in the "Very improbable but not impossible" category.  I suppose that the World could have a global thermonuclear war and then Trump could declare martial law with lifetime powers, and akin to The Hunger Games, people would simply come to accept it, as a political meme, much like Western Civilization accepted the Catholic Church and then Protestant memes.
