No, you don't get it. The picture of Hillary on the gun is inciting violence towards an American citizen/ he is making a violent threat.

The worst thing is not Hillarys picture.
Its the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Jerusalem, a crusader kingdom. Maybe he is indicating his (or his daddys) intentions/positions, maybe not, but considering the current situation in the middle eas this is just facepalmingly stupid.
