I fixed that for me!

That seems a little wimpy.  Sure you don't want to slam the moderation team for not catching and fixing it for you?  Oh wait, you're not a whiny little bitch.  Wink

Found the PDF of the Book, "Meet the Witnesses". Enjoy - especially the part about the atheists who became believers - you should love that part. I can just picture you guys having temper tantrums on the floor after reading this -- that is if you even dare to open it. Next you'll probably attack the author, or tell us the book was never written and was completely fabricated by someone. Keep dreaming guys.

And whoever asks for "more testimonials" - give me a break, like that is going to matter. If I gave you 10, you would ask for 20. If I gave you 100, you would say that's not good enough and that you need 200. I'm not wasting my time jumping through hoops for you. The book has plenty to get the point across. One way or the other I'm sure you will find a way to disregard the entire book so you can remain ticked off at the world.

Whatever, dude. At least you found something to let yourself feel superior to others, that's the main thing.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

I could counter with testimonials of people who claim to have been abducted by aliens, witnessed politicians faces lose their electronic masks and reveal lizard faces, and countless yeti sightings. By your logic we must accept those as true. If you do not think all of the eyewitness accounts I mentioned above are true by what rationale do you discern between those and your jiggly sun accounts?

We don't want more testimonials, we want evidence, but you can't seem to provide any, so I don' t see any reason to give your claim any more attention.

Right.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Haffert

Quote:Haffert received his high school and college education at Mt. Carmel College, a Carmelite seminary and then began his career as an author and lecturer. Haffert was the co-founder of the Blue Army of Our Lady of Fatima, a Roman Catholic Marian Society which was approved by Pope Pius XII and has about 25 million members worldwide.[1] Haffert was assisted in the creation and Daily operations of Blue Army of Our Lady of Fatima by Father Venard Poslusney[2] He was the editor of "Scapular Magazine" which helped enroll one million Americans in the Blue Army of Our Lady of Fatima and pray for the Soviet Union.[3]
Haffert was a strong advocate of the message of Our Lady of Fatima and he worked with Fatima visionary Sister Lucia dos Santos to develop the "Fatima Pledge" in 1946. This later became the "Blue Army Pledge", in 1948.[4] Haffert spoke often on topics concerning the Miracle of the Sun. One of Haffert's books: "That Wonderful Poem", endorses The Poem of the Man God by Maria Valtorta, in which he explains how the Bishop of Fatima introduced him to these writings.
Haffert died at 86 in the United States.

Another lying catholick fucktard pushing an agenda.  No obvious self-serving interest here, right!

You're such a useless shit, pabst.

Hmmm... Tell me - when you're picturing this, are you touching yourself? I bet you are, aren't you, you filthy little minx. Does it feel nice - to fantasize about sh*t that never happened, while playing with yourself? Do you sometimes sit on your hand until it goes numb and then pretend Jesus is giving you a handy-J.(C.)?... No, sure - you've been such a good little soldier of christ - you deserve a treat. Have at it. Tongue

This book is horsesh*t - there are plenty of deluded christians who will buy this nonsense, so there are plenty of money grabbing christians who make up this sh*t and write books about it. F*ck your witnesses - people who believe in fairy-tales and have no evidence for their claims are not trustworthy. You only believe this because you've been brainwashed and you think your entire life and self-worth depends on this drivel.

Grow the f*ck up and stop blaming others for the fact, that you've been a credulous fool.

I read the book and was thoroughly unimpressed.  Even Haffert can't explain why the so-called "miracle" was not observed by residents of a town within 10 miles from Fatima, but focuses a lot on a handful of "witnesses" (under 10 in total) that were 20 to 40 miles away.  Here's an example of confirmation bias from the 2016 terrorist attack and massacre at the Pulse LGBT night club in Florida:

Quote:An unnamed police academy classmate said Mateen asked him out around 2006, that they had spent time at gay bars together after class, and that he believed Mateen was gay.[121] He also described him as "socially awkward" and disliked by classmates.[122] A man who self-identified as Mateen's lover-of-two-months, "Miguel", stated that he believed the massacre was out of revenge against Latino men when Mateen learned he may have been exposed to HIV from a Puerto Rican man with whom he had sex.[123][124][125] Mateen's autopsy results, however, showed that he was HIV-negative.[116] At least four regular Pulse customers reported having seen Mateen visit the nightclub on no fewer than a dozen occasions. One of them said he would sometimes become drunkenly "loud and belligerent", and at other times would drink in a corner by himself.[92] According to a witness who recognized him outside the club an hour before the shooting, Mateen had messaged him using Jack'd, a gay dating app, intermittently over the course of a year before the attack.[126] Another witness said Mateen used Grindr, a gay hook-up app, and Adam4Adam website to communicate with gay men, and had posted pictures of himself on both sites.[121] A third witness said Mateen would try to pick up men at the nightclub.[127]

However, according to federal law enforcement officials, the FBI suspects the witnesses claiming Mateen's homosexuality could be mistaken, and has doubts that Mateen was gay.[128][129] Law enforcement sources said the FBI found no photographs, text messages, smartphone apps, pornography, or cell tower location data to suggest Mateen lived a gay life, closeted or otherwise.[123][130]
