As a doctor, he would find both his notion of "philosophy", and what he imagines could be "proven" by his "philosophy", to be utterly worthless. He would actually have to learn, heaven forbid, the supreme importance of what medical science can demonstrate.

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. -- A 65-year-old woman is accused of killing her nephew’s dog because it had chewed on her Bible, and she said it was a “devil dog.”

Deputies said that Andy Fowler called them last Tuesday to report that his aunt had hung his dog. Fowler said his aunt, Miriam Smith, admitted hanging his 1-year-old pit bull, Diamond.

According to a report filed by Deputy James Cook of the Jasper County Sheriff's Department, it all began on Wednesday of last week when 52-year-old Randy Carl Russell, who is the Pastor of the Weches United Pentacostal Church in Grapeland, allegedly called a Pastor of a Church in Silsbee, and told him that he was going to kill someone at a residence on Farm to Market Road 82 West in Kirbyville, where his daughter was staying.

A 29-year-old self-styled Man of God has been nabbed by the Adenta District Police Command for allegedly inserting his fingers into the private parts of five women under the pretext of praying for them.

Prophet Richard Addo, who claims to be a member of Word Miracle Church at Nungua, a suburb of Accra, was arrested after one of the women boldly reported the incident to the police.

As at press time yesterday, the five complainants had given their statements to the Adenta police about the alleged acts of Prophet Richard Addo.

According to information available to DAILY GUIDE, Prophet Addo also charged the women various amounts of money ranging from GH¢150 to GH¢200 and as well tried to ravage their bodies.
