Apparently, one of Trump's specifications is that the wall has to go six feet under ground, partly to discourage tunnelling and partly because a deep foundation is the only way to keep it stable. That said, I don't think there'll be that much keeping them from digging deeper, unless there's a level of bedrock by the Mexico-US border that's really that shallow, which is unlikely, given that people from the Smithsonian have said the loose soil at the surface of many stretches of the border makes it difficult to pull off.

How likely do you think it is that the mariachi bands at the border know this song?

Bear in mind, my hypothesis hinges on the cultish devotion of Trump's base (which Tizheruk suggested go with him) to him. By himself, he's powerless. With them, I can certainly see him becoming Immortan Joe.
