Actually, she seems to be more erring on the libertarian side that thinks forcing people to do something is wrong even if it makes sense. At least she isn't erring on the side that forcing people do something is wrong especially if it makes sense.

We should all have the freedom to drink and drive. I pay car and street taxes. As long as I don't run into anything who am I hurting?
I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem.

Honestly, the shock value of drinking and driving sort of wears off when it turns out there's people who cook meth while driving. And yes, every word of that last clause links to a story of a different incident of the same type of bone-headed crime.

No I dont. Did you miss the numerous posts I have to keep making that state I think it's right to vaccinate and don't agree with the anti vax movement?
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

I would have loved to have seen how that would work in the 1 room school house i was taught in . Or the fact we all had to shower in the same room .

Ye had showers at school? Lucky bastard.

If you don't vaccinate, and your kid gets a communicable disease and dies, or passes it on to an immunocompromised person, and they die...yes, someone be criminally culpable.

And the other, bigger, problem with low vaccination levels is that it allows strains of the bacteria/virus which causes the disease to develop which are resistant to the vaccination. Meaning that even if you're a competent paren and get your kids vaccinated some anti-vaxxer fucktard could have already screwed it up for you.

It should be a requirement for to get your secondary school qualifications, you should have to produce vaccination records, or a genuine medical reason why not.
