Russia is having too much fun in meddling in our elections, China too pragmatic to consider nuking a major trade partner, and North Korea is too dependent on China (notice that every single time North Korea rattles its sabres hard enough to hit something, they have China smooth it out before they can actually fight a war; remember what happened over a month ago?) for any of them to nuke us.
