I'm sorry, I think.....I mean, I'm not insulting your parents, they raised a lovely person in you, but a bag of dog food, really?  Wow.
Its funny but also kinda sad! :p

They might not have had the money for anything else. When my daughters were little, money was so tight one year that the one who didn't have a hand-me-down costume to use was festooned with purple balloons and went trick-or-treating as a bunch of grapes. It's long since passed into family lore that we laugh about.

I'm pretty sure that was it. I smelled awful though. They could have gotten inventive with something less stinky Tongue

Lol that kid isn't even black. People looking for stuff to be upset about again.

Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

I didnt think so. There was a black girl there wearing that white costume, you can see the difference between the 2.

I have a friend who is Eastern Indian, from one of the caribbean islands. He looks a lot like that kid.

It's not about the shade. Its the facial features and hair which make him look like he's not African american.
