I don't think so. There should be a bigger investment in the future human stock as you say. My money is in education.

From now on, you should add a poll with these threads.  There is a mix of "This person is an outlier!  Stop using a broad brush!"  and "What's wrong with what this person is saying?"  It'd be interesting to see a bit of data to see what's what.
