How and why can people ignore their God’s immoral ways?

Was he talking to cruel masters and telling them that it was ok to do cruel things? That wasn't the point of what he was saying.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

It had only been around for thousands of years before jesus was even born. How is that any sort of divine revelation?

I dont see how or why it makes a difference if Jesus was reiterating a moral standard that already existed. With that being said, I was referring to this line specifically:

"Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you."

I once did good to those who hurt me. It left me with considerably less than what I began with, money and property-wise. While it's important to do good, merely turning the other cheek, or praying for them, won't keep you from being taken advantage of. This is bad advice, and I'm sure it has hurt far more people than just me, trying to follow it.

Was he saying anything to slave masters? I don't know. I know he wasn't telling servants to stand up for themselves and leave when they're being disrespected and threatened.

So you agree that the sentiment predated jesus by 2,500 years. Why is jesus special in that case?

The rapid spread of early Christianity, the men who were close friends with Jesus and died horrible deaths in His name, to me, are all testimony. So I believe the story of Jesus was real.

Could you please, pretty please, produce some evidence for Jesus outside of the bible. Thanks in anticipation.

jesus never said that, it was Paul who tacked that load on. Also peter. Nevertheless, jesus was bizarre in many of his actions as described in the bible.

Want me to make a list?

Jesus said some cruel things too though. Well, if the Bible is to be believed.

Hmmm, re-read Matthew, I think Jesus was really cruel to his family in that part of the spew testicle. I've been blanked by certain members of my family and it isn't nice.

He also said he wasn't interested in changing the OT even though the OT is full of the most extreme evil ever written, but then he went ahead and changed it anyway (he contradicts himself a lot), and he also said loads of things that made him seem peaceful, but then he also said he didn't come to bring peace but instead he actually comes to bring a sword (again, he loves to contradict himself). And at least there was no hell in the OT but in the NT there's a hell, and if he's in favor of hell's existence then he's in favor of the greatest evil imaginable. And I wouldn't call the messiah who champions the idea of the greatest evil imaginable a good messiah. Christ said some very compassionate things (and the best part about Christianity is it being pro-forgiveness and anti-revenge), but he's a contradictory fellow who is in favor of the greatest evil, and that makes Christ himself the anti-Christ, really.
