Currently, no one occupies Hell (probably not even in existence yet), the first 2 to enter are the Anti-Christ, and His False Prophet which is before the 1000 year Kingdom Reign of Christ on earth. 3'rd is Satan himself at the end of the 1000 years (for that period, for almost it's entire duration, he will be held in the bottomless pit). At the end of the 1000 years, there is the Great White Judgement of those that wish not to accept God's Work-of-Redemption and desire go into their eternal abode without God's influence. But God still protects those there from the one's who demonstrated the most evil on earth by restraining there actions which causes them 'torment'. The 'New Creation' is a free sin zone but the really good part is free-will is greatly enhanced without even the possibility of sinning.

Figures. "Great White Judgement". So people of color are fucked no matter what. Dodgy

No possibility of sinning, what's the point of that then? I've lived quite happily without Gods influence up to now, I can cope with being separate from him as long as I'm not on fire.

Everything's better when you're not on fire.

We should have that on a t-shirt.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Biblically, it is the Greek adjective aiOnios and should have been translated: breath-being-belonging-to-him/her/it. Such as zOEn aiOnion in John 3:16, translated "eternal life", should have been translated: zOE-life(feminine), breath-being-belonging-to-her.

It's talking about a here and now potential and not some 'eternity'.

ai = breath
On = being as in existence
aiOn refers to an unspecified length of time (breath-being) including the present. It is sometimes erroneously translated as "world"
ios = belonging-to with the "i" also making it an adjective

Greek words are a root such as 'ai' with the rest of the alphabet soup being the grammatical infection. In Greek every letter is important.

Sorry, I have NO IDEA why people preach what they preach when it is not biblical. To be fair to the bible, ALL theology is NOT biblical! Yet, they teach theology as "truth". Theology is ecclesiastical nonsense perpetuated by a clergy!

Um.....

Quote:New International Version
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

New Living Translation
"For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

English Standard Version
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

Berean Study Bible
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Berean Literal Bible
For God so loved the world that He gave the only begotten Son, so that everyone believing in Him should not perish, but should have eternal life.

New American Standard Bible
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

King James Bible
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Holman Christian Standard Bible
"For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.

International Standard Version
"For this is how God loved the world: He gave his unique Son so that everyone who believes in him might not be lost but have eternal life.

NET Bible
For this is the way God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

New Heart English Bible
For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that whoever believes in him will not perish, but have eternal life.

Aramaic Bible in Plain English
For God loved the world in this way: so much that he would give up his Son, The Only One, so that everyone who trusts in him shall not be lost, but he shall have eternal life.

So all of these experts are wrong and YOU are right, huh?
Hyper-Literal(same verse): For(assigning a reason) thusly He-agapaO-loves*, thee God, thee kosmos-world even-as-and-also thee Son of-Him-same, namely--thee uniquely-begotten-One, He-gives* that(purpose) any thee one-keeps-on-trusting(not one decision but a continuous attitude of trust) into Him-same no he-might-be(acting upon himself--stupidly)-be-rendered-useless (IOW, Keep on trusting and you can't screw it up) but-rather he-might-be(and keep on)-having zOE-life(feminine), breath-being-belong-to-her(right here, right now). John 3:16

It's quite beautiful in the Greek. Theology doesn't honor the Greek. Theology only honors theology. They manipulate the Greek with high sounding manipulative grammar tools in their bag of tricks to teach their theologic prejudice of what those words MUST mean.

If they translate it that way then they will have a difficult time with:

Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. 1 John 3:15 NASB

Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you(-all) know that no murderer has eternal(breath-being-belonging-to-her) (zOE-)life(feminine) abiding(making its home) in him (right here, right now). 1 John 3:15 NASB

We can now file that tricky verse in the !DUH! file.

It's supposed to be "Great White Throne Judgement". Mentioned in Revelation 20:11-15.

Whether there is currently anyone in hell is not made clear in the Bible. The Catholic church teaches that there are currently souls suffering there, but they will get their bodies back on the Last Day and suffer both in body and in soul.

Before asking or making such a statement you need to know what we have to do to receive those things. Your question as asked is unanswerable and is not preached by knowledgeable preachers.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Well tell us then. Can I murder someone, then repent and accept Jesus for the prize? Tell us.

Not with the attitude you have in responding to my post, repentance is humbling yourself before God and admitting you are a sinner. many have committed murder and later with sincerity repented of what they have done, from the smallest thing to the largest thing. By the way there is no prize, we receive a gift from God and that is total forgiveness, it is unmerited and totally free. Unless you are willing to accept Jesus for who He is the answer to your question is no.

If there's no possibility of sinning then there's no sex and no personal possessions.
