That's strange...what with Brave New World being a thinly veiled satire of the dangers of religious thinking and social behavior in a dystopian future as proposed by a lifelong and committed humanist in Huxley......

I suspect elaboration is beyond this one's capabilities.
Secular societies tend to be the best in the world, though. You can't really base something off atheism itself, because all it means is not a theocracy. Secularism leads to freedom and equality, so it is in fact very good for the world

Saudi Arabia executes people up to this day. Vatican gave blessings to Nazis and used faith to declare war/holy crusade. Jehovah's witnesses gave millions people an idea that blood transfusion is a serious sin, which resulted in a lot of casualties, even among kids.
Atheists do same crazy shit. And?

A book about a literary incarnation of the opiate of the masses and people think it's about how bad atheism is....somehow. Anyway, anyone else attending the solidarity service later this afternoon?
