No, that’s pretty much the entire deal.
At my previous forum, we used to have heated debates about who to ban and why. The rules there were a bit more strict than here (not by much... more focused on keeping things on-topic and PG-13, but otherwise about the same). I tended to be pro-ban in most cases because I firmly believe that a good signal-to-noise ratio is far more beneficial than pure traffic. I left after 3-4 years on that staff because the rest of the staff were more passive than I liked, and they let bad members drive others away.
