I don't think you'd qualify for refugee status unless the law is actually passed.
I would look into the possibility of moving to one of the more secular nations.
To be honest, I've been offered jobs in the US on VERY good money. But, under the current regime, I certainly wouldn't even consider an offer.

Come to New Zealand. Since you're from Turkey, you can visit here legally - without a visa - for up to three months. In that time, we can forge you a new identity (I know a guy who knows a guy) and you can live here forever.
Just two things: You'll be able to blend in better if 1) You can choke down Vegemite without gagging yourself into a coma, 2) You learn to say, 'PUSH OFF, YA DOZY BASTIDS!' like you mean it.

If you really want asylum, find your way to a Western embassy in your country and petition them. There's nothing we shlubs on an internet forum can do to help you.

My family is muslim I also was a muslim but I think islam is not true I mean there are so confusing things also there are other religions like maybe 500 how can you know which one is true? My family is old like they are in their 60s and they don't know that I am an atheist I didn't tell them to not make them sad. If they knew, they would thought that they will go to hell because their son has became qafir.. I may also have a fight with my dad. He is a religious man..
I'd suggest that you try visiting, (in person), the embassy in Turkey, of a country suitable to you - maybe Canada, Australia, the UK or somewhere in Scandinavia.I doubt that you'd get asylum, unless your life is in danger where you are - the embassies would be better places to get good information, (ie. not this atheist messaging forum).
There are no atheists in terrorist training camps.
