That's a cube no matter how you try to pretend it isn't.
A pyramid can have equal height. Heaven is called a mountain, or the mountain of God. A mountain which fills the earth, which is higher than all other mountains, and so on.
If you put this structure on a level plain it is almost vertical, however, on a sphere it won't have the same effect, it's height diminishes. What is more the earth is built up around it to reduce the height as well.
The overall incline is no more than about 25 degrees, and not practically vertical.
