Bolded mine. And they say this about virtually every person who dies.

Um I think you are putting more on the word atheist than it deserves. That word just means we don't believe in a deity it doesn't automatically mean we think life is meaningless. The meaning of life is to survive and be happy. I know 100% without a doubt I am living a meaningful life working, helping others, loving my family, and now raising my child to be a good person.

Yep, it's not that life is meaningless, just afterlife.

I find the first question a bit childish and the second one completely facetious. It doesn't matter who you are or what you believe in unless you are really depressed or reallllllly laid back you will not -want- to die. I think there is even a country song about it lol "Lord I want to go to heaven but I don't want to go tonight." The idea of heaven is nice for a 'one day' kind of thing but not to willingly want to go right away.

As for crying, seriously what kind of question is this? Have you never cried over someone leaving before? You've never had a friend move away and think you won't ever see them again? Do you not miss a single person that has passed through your life?

We cry for the lost because we feel grief, regardless of where or what one was lost to.  Religious indoctrination may be able to subvert our humanity..but it's not capable of overriding it.

That's not really all that remarkable in context..when you consider that the grief we feel has a 2billion year headstart on the stories we tell.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

This is without question the saddest thing I've seen in a long time. You relinquish every aspect of your personality and intellect to 'him'? Do you have no aspirations, desires or hopes? Is your imagination this barren?
It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.

Jerry DeWitt a fallen pentecostal (I think) rebukes them for just that in this video.  Skip to 11:40.   It starts very slowly.

Nope... don’t know what you are talking about.
