Good point.  Hitchens' humor was more interesting and he wore his arrogance more lightly.  It only came out in the choice of ideas.  I liked his conversational style.

I read his Universe from Nothing, and it was interesting. Doesn't mean he's not a sexual predator, though. And mere allegations don't prove that he is. They do indicate that an investigation is in order, and that's happening. If the allegations are true, he deserves the appropriate consequences.

For those of you who don't know, Lawrence Krauss is a prominent atheist along with Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, Matt Dillahunty, Dan Dennett and others. He is a theoretical physicist at Arizona State University and has written several books on physics including:

Last month, BuzzFeed reported that several women have accused Dr Krauss of inappropriate behavior including groping women and making sexist jokes. Arizona State University has placed Dr Krauss on paid leave while the accusations are being investigated.

This may be the beginning of the end for atheism.

Atheism is not going to be impacted one iota by some atheist pervert -- it was Krauss' ideas and not his lewd behavior that counts.  I have always gotten the impression that Krauss could be an abrasive asshole at times, and so, I am not surprised by the accusations.  Still, he did the World a service in his first debate with William Lane Craig, clearly proving the latter's overt dishonesty.

My understanding is; there is a court case pending to establish the facts. Cardinal George Pell is Currently under investigation and as of 5 AM GMT he is innocent of all wrongdoing.
