Yeah, it's OK for this person to hate on their mother for a prompted remark despite the fact that the mom is driving them where they need to go and financially supporting them. The problem here is Christians calling them out for being ungrateful and self-centered.

Cool, you can do all that for OP so they don't have to deal with mean ol' mom anymore.

And you know this person's life and all the details how?
Some posts when in distress.
I feel the love, the attempt to understand, the empathy.
Even IF you dicks are right, as usual you use weak, insufficient evidence.
I wonder if I can think of a comparison?

There was no hesitation or second thought. She puts Jesus before her children.
I feel cheap and hopeless. I cannot process it. I do not want a relationship with her anymore.
Someone please make me feel better
Maybe you could say like: "Why do you believe in him more then me? I mean if it's because of miracles then why didn't he help me; or stop the accident (?) from hurting me? What kind of a sadist would do that? And it's not just me many people are suffering including little kids and he does nothing and yet you put him on a pedestal that is higher than me. Who's below him and higher than me on your list? Hitler?"
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

S23, the only practical solution I can see for your problem is to somehow emancipate yourself from your mother. Research local resources pertaining to your medical condition, as they may be able to hook you up with people and organizations that can help.

Hey bud, I'm physically disabled, too.
Before you do anything rash, stop and think: Are you really scared of your mother? Do you think she's going to hurt you, or neglect you? Or, are you just sad and pissed off because her priorities seem to be fucked up to you?
If it's the former, and you have evidence to back it up (physical evidence of previous abuses... and I mean real abuses, not disagreements or things not going your way), then call the authorities.
If you think she has the potential to do all of that, do some research. Assuming you're an adult living in the US, contact your Medicaid case worker and explain the situation. They'll do what they can to help find you other housing and transportation. However, realize that it won't happen immediately. It will take time/months. If you're not living in the US, then call whichever service is applicable. If you're not an adult, then you're kinda screwed.
If this is just you pissed off and venting, and looking for support, then try having a real/mature conversation with your mother. Ask her why she feels that way, and tell her how that makes you feel in turn. Don't allow it to become an argument... stay away from statements of blame or accusation, and don't let her try to do the same to you. Make it very clear that it's a conversation, and that you have no interest in having an argument.

We're all using the same evidence, dipshit.
I'm thinking that if the mom were abusive, they would have said that, rather than just whining about the Jesus comment. Maybe not, but that's a reasonable assumption.

Lol, welcome to parenthood, dude.
that's not parenthood, that is zoo keeping or day care.
If you teach your child to be an unselfish person guess what happens... they learn to care for people other than themselves!

your mocking the OP dude
That is what it demands of it's mother.

Thank you for those with informative posts.
Those attacking me: do you ridicule the disabled online everyday?
And your a manipulative snow flake! Imagine that, who would have guessed demanding your mother full thoughts love and ideas would not end with her obedience to your 'needs,' but you would also demand perfect strangers would treat you as a one of a kind jewel, rather than a good reason/example for people to spank their children or they will wind up like you.

Lel, its called being a parent. While you should teach your children social skills, I wouldn't let an imaginary being stand between me and my child.
Any god that robs the love of a parent for its children is no god at all.
But we all know that god is just an improved being of Drich, alpha male and others. Id est, rather a subjective god, a mirror of the believer that shows a perfect reflection of what they think its good.
What does the perfect Drich tell you now?
I tell you that nothing like God would be needed to stand between you and your child. All that need happen is your child be hooked on a drug strong enough to have the turn on you. To have the child treat you like a make/steal from you for years, then when you demand they finally get help they turn on you physically. You can not tell me you love is unconditional because no one's is. if they think that they have never spent time working with addicts.
I've pointed out the only way someone can love someone elses when all your personal resources are exhausted is through the Love of God. in order for that to Happen, they must love God more.

What kind of monster turns on a parent for not being the center of the parent's universe? J/C this is a semi grown (millennial speak for mid 20's) person mother is supposed to let them breast feed for as long as they "feel the need"

because the OP told us they take money from mother and rides yets hates her for providing both...
You are on the wrong end of wrong here sport. the op is a self center ass hole. Jut because the word 'god' is used instead of dad or boy friend does not make the kid any less of an ass.

It not about belief at that point. it about having experienced God delivering the mother through many many different trials or situations (probably most of which the kid causes) and knows she/mother has no more love to give the POS kid from her own battery. That mother still wishes to love the child but can't outside the extended love God grants us all. So rather than try and love with her own depleted supply she now can love her POS kid with God's boundless love.

Goodbye, Atheist Forums. I don't have to explain myself.
Keep labeling me and deconstructing.
Good luck trying to get away with harassment IRL
