GC There is no valid college course in magic woo woo. So, my mistake does not matter.
Your avoidance sticks out like a sore thumb, you want to criticize the Bible yet you do not want to even consider what it actually says. That to me is a fear of the scriptures a healthy thing as long as you respond positively to them.

Genesis 2 is giving more information about Genesis 1. You must believe that Christians are really stupid in that you believe we can't see two different stories. Well it is not the Christians who are stupid, we reason rather well.
LOL @ you reasoning well.
Are you not aware that this "more information" can contradict the previously given information?
It doesn't contradict Genesis 1, it gives slight detail and it doesn't do it in the order of Genesis 1, and there is no reason it needs to. This is an argument that has been going on for decades and no one has proven that Genesis 1 and Genesis 2 are contradictory or that they are two different stories. Seems someone as smart as you claim to be would know and understand this.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

The assumption that they have a "purpose" here is a bit arrogant. I guess it comes from the assumption of a god. It is like having the JWs knock on the door Sunday morning with the assumption that they have something to say that you need to hear, when all you really need is to finish your coffee in peace.

But praying is actually doing something for others. I'm sure it makes you feel better about your lack of action, though.

Critters and birds formed AFTER Adam:
Genesis 2 (KJV)
19 And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
Critters and fowl formed BEFORE Adam and Eve:
Genesis 1 KJV
20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.
23 And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.
24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.
25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Much like you have a healthy fear of the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, the Koran, the Sutras of Buddha, etc., and respond positively to them?

I find it depressingly disappointing that CL kudosed this response from Neo.

A kudos can be interpreted multiple ways, Ham. For instance, when someone posts their first thread, I always make it a point to kudos them... even if their post argues the watchmaker argument. Sometimes I kudos people because I agree with them, but there are a plethora of other reasons I might do it. Keeping my own varied motivations in mind, I try not to read too much into people's kudos.
