What is your problem with Islam? Think about it
RE: What is your problem with Islam? Think about it
If god is real tho he doesn’t need to explain himself to the teet does he? The Bible gives a lot of evidence of its reliability with a lot of historic accounts and promises that he has remained faithful on. I want to believe this so maybe I make too many excuses but Jesus isn’t “I don’t know”. It’s jesus did it and he will be back you feel me? I mean he came, according to him and his father, for everyone who would believe in him to have eternal life. It requires faith but I don’t think it requires as much faith as people think it does. The Bible isn’t a bunch of fairy tales all put together it’s eye witness accounts of what actually happened. And the fact it has remained in tact over thousands of years raises my eyebrows.

If you wish to preach Confusion about anything about God, you have to bring clear proof. Otherwise, you just want people to hear you talk without a way to verify what you say.

“But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of you shall come forth to Me the One to be Ruler in Israel, whose goings forth are from of old, from everlasting.” —Micah 5:2

John 7:42 says, “Has not the Scripture said that the Christ comes from the seed of David and from the town of Bethlehem, where David was?”

From seed of David. Matthew 1 1-17 gives a historical account of the genealogy Abraham to David to the Babylonian exile to Jesus Christ. 14 generations between each one. These are the type of things Christians base their faith on. And there are many more prophecies and fulfillment apart from these two.
#1 the messiah had to be a decendant of David and number two he had to be born in Bethlehem.

Right. The supernatural explanation is obviously the best one because, of course, it would be too difficult for authors to retrofit events and their narratives to "fulfill" vague claims they inherited as part of their cultural and religious tradition.

I'm putting together a poker group. We'd love to have you sit in with us. Bring a lot of money.

Not vague at all. The messiah would be born in a certain small town and come from a certain lineage. It’s preposterous to call that vague. And to have a following 2000 years later of many people that’s pretty impressive. But you won’t believe which sucks cuz it’s a gift he gave to everyone dying on the cross and everyone who trusts in him will have eternal life. It’s an easy burden to carry yet most reject god and his son. Which he also predicted. Even his own people the Jews would reject him which the Bible also predicted. And he would be handed over and die on a cross. Which was also predicted. And he would raise on the 3rd day. Also predicted. You know all those fossils you want Christians to look at. Christians want you to look at how historical and trustworthy the Bible actually is. It’s incredible and no other book sustains like it.

Oh and I don’t know how to play poker lmao😂😂

Actually; when a certain religion calls a group of people "liars" and calls for "hating them" explicitly; then that religion advocates hate.
Isn't this innate capacity?

Shiites view Sunnies as killers of their "version of Jesus". Is this love?
There's a sectarian war between both sects, dating back to the death of Mohammed himself. Is that love?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Shi%27ism

Quote:The dispute over the right successor to Muhammad resulted in the formation of two main sects, the Sunni, and the Shia. The Sunni, or followers of the way, followed the caliphate and maFull Editintained the premise that any member of Quraysh could potentially become the successor to the Prophet if accepted by the majority. The Shia however, maintain that only the person selected by God through the Prophet (Hadith of the pond of Khumm) could become his successor, thus Imam Ali became the religious authority for the Shia people. Militarily established and holding control over the Umayyad government, many Sunni rulers perceived the Shia as a threat – both to their political and religious authority.[3]

Looks like the "Islamic democrats" won the majority of the Ummah after all. The underlined part is just one single proof that the Shiite sect is an anti-democracy dictatorship in its nature; so how the hell are you expecting me to lie and say otherwise?
The Shiite cult's beliefs themselves are a tribal war declaration !!!

Actually; that seems like centuries over centuries of pure grudge. The Shiite religion is built on the idea that the "Sunni majority" stole the caliphate from them; so members of the cult -especially the Twelver Shiites- are raised to hate Sunnies from birth. Ironically this was the center of the fight in Iraq in 2003; why didn't you do your homework right?

It's crucial to know who the militias religious allegiance were to; Shiite Militias usually fought with Americans, while Sunni Militias -like the guys who got eradicated in Falluja- were Sunnies.

The sectarian war got its two influences from both "Iran -Shiite" and "Saudi Arabia- Sunni". But the conflict between the two cults is way way way older than that.

So yes; what do you call a person, that tells you in the face that you're a traitor, and blames you for the death of his grandpa? A delusional fuck; indeed. accusing you of a crime you never done, and worships his God through hurting you? I mean that's a grudge that burnt both Iraq and Syria in modern times, and drew a long line of sectarian hate through history.

Almost they branch off into their own things. I’m most familiar with Christianity and Judaism as they are fairly similar except for Christians believe that Jesus is messiah whereas Jews believe their messiah hasn’t come yet. Followers of Islam or sons of ABRAHAM just like the Jews. It’s all so confusing but I’ve heard people make a lot of sense of it and try to convince me Christianity is right. I just don’t understand what Islam believes and why they think Israel is their land. Can someone clear this up if they know?

In Islam, it begins with the creation of the universe:

Quote:Sura 7, The Quran:

Sahih International
(54) Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne. He covers the night with the day, [another night] chasing it rapidly; and [He created] the sun, the moon, and the stars, subjected by His command. Unquestionably, His is the creation and the command; blessed is Allah, Lord of the worlds.

Then after a while we don't know, he created Adam:
Quote:Sura 2, The Quran:
Sahih International

(30) And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."

(31) And He taught Adam the names - all of them. Then He showed them to the angels and said, "Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful."

We are not told the details of what came before in the Quran; that's my belief: I only believe in the Quran. Anything outside it -like Hadith books, or Sunni/Shiite faiths are not valid-.

After creating Adam and teaching him, Satan -an angel- lured Adam to sin. God banished them from paradise to live on earth, and fight in it until the day of judgement:

Quote:Sura 2, The Quran:
Sahih International

(32) We said, "Go down from it, all of you. And when guidance comes to you from Me, whoever follows My guidance - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.

Then it begins in earth. We humans should live our lives, making sure that we don't repeat the mistake our fathers did in paradise. The guidance of God is in a book called "the Quran", you can find it in libraries or on the internet, I brought the above verses from it:

Quote:Sura 17, The Quran:
Sahih International

(89) And We have certainly diversified for the people in this Qur'an from every [kind] of example, but most of the people refused [anything] except disbelief.

Previously, he revealed other books, revealed to Prophets, the most famous are Jesus and the bible, Moses and the Torah, Abraham, Noah...etc:

Quote:Sura 75, The Quran:
Sahih International

(25) We have already sent Our messengers with clear evidences and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that the people may maintain [their affairs] in justice. And We sent down iron, wherein is great military might and benefits for the people, and so that Allah may make evident those who support Him and His messengers unseen. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.

That's my personal view, based on the Quran alone.
