I thought everyone who posts on here would know what the real Ten Comandments are by now.
1. Thou shalt not piss of the Valkyrie,

4. Thou shalt accept thyself as a worthy sacrifice when the Valkyrie takes over the world.
5. Thou shalt not covet thy Valkyrie's awesome car.
6. There shalt be beer for The Valkyrie on Friday nights.
7. Thou shalt not wake up the Valkyrie on Sunday mornings.
8. Thou shalt not whine to The Valkyrie,
9. Thou shalt remember to have a good roast dinner on Sunday night in honour of the Valkyrie.
10. The Valkyrie is all knowing, and sees those faces thou art making while reading the 10 Commandments...

You must mean man's ego inserted itself into the creation of a divine being.
Man certainly inserted "something" into creation's hole.

Theists, If it's from God, then logically it tells me that God knew there are other gods around competing for your worship.

Theists, Do you acknowledge this at least? If not, why not.
We atheists feel it's infinitely more probable that this was written by men. Men who knew that different cultures supported or favoured different Gods (religions).
Men who had a vested interest in swaying the masses towards a particular theology. Why else would this threat need to be written if it wasn't about control?
Looking forward to some enlightenment from theists... So, Krishna, Vishnu, Allah, Zeus are kosher as long as they are subservient to the God Primate?
