The right to operate Catholic schools was reaffirmed. Government workers were forbidden from criticizing the church. Plus every German had to give 10% of their pay to the Church.
If you read Article 16 of the Reichskonkordat required German bishops and cardinals to swear an oath of loyalty to the Third Reich.

First of all he can't so we could just throw your argument out the door, he will work them harder the next week for the mistakes they made. Secondly people send themselves to hell, God made a place for those who decide to reject His Son. All have sinned and fallen short of the will of God, trust in Christ will relieve us of those sins, to do the contrary results in bearing the sin till judgment and then .... well you know.
