The moral argument, for atheism!

Although I've only been here a few months, I've concluded poster MysticKnight is a nutter.  Still, he is interesting to watch, at least until he starts to repeat his screeds, which he does often.

Since he professes his own subjective version of the Islamic religion, along with typical hubris, narcissism, feigned humility and willful ignorance of reality, I've decided to analyze his rants in comparison to Christian nutters with similar mental and emotional dysfunctions, of which many abound.  I suspect I will observe many mental, emotional and psychological disorders will be identical and be present regardless of the religion used to self-medicate.  We'll see.

Well, here's the thing.

MK is a potentially dangerous mix between high intellect and (I think he mentioned it, I hope I'm not just assuming) schizophrenia. There's very little that a mind in this state is incapable of experiencing, or believing. Combine this with religious fervor adopted from his cultural background, and there's a real firecracker there.

However, I think MK is a good guy-- pacifist, thoughtful, generally decent and likable.

Except for whenever he;s fluffing terror groups and proclaiming his stand with them, I suppose.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Go to hell with your oppressors and be part of the crime of their oppressing others. I stand with the oppressed and resistance.

Would those be the “oppressed” who stockpile weapons and explosives and who kill others, or those (mostly fellow believers) whom the oppressed oppress?

Remind me how you can oppress a people under the protection of an all-powerful being. Has it gone to sleep?

. . .cuz God loves setting up sinners to fill their barbecue loungers, more than he loves protecting the innocent.
