Gentlebeings, a salute, please.

RE: Gentlebeings, a salute, please.
The guy who had the tiger in an apartment building with lots of kids around didn't want a pet, he wanted something to protect his stash. Big kitty was apparently effective, nobody tried to break into the place while he lived there.

The tiger, now named "Clawed et Tigair", gets a vet visit today. She was a bit undernourished but otherwise not too bad off. Evidently she had been using the tub as a loo. The sanctuary people are working on a plan to transition her from a few hundred square feet to an open pen three times that size.

She's been talking to the other great cats all night according to reports.

Still, even if something that big is well fed, it may be less likely to attack the owner, but it is also not a good idea to keep it in such a small space. It isn't like a hamster. Big animals like that needs lots of space to move around. Animals like that, are really no different than humans, humans don't like to be caged either. Idiot could have easily been killed just as well by the cat getting board.

Or "roughhousing" that would be acceptable with another tiger. The guy wasn't a good decision maker.

Yea, even without the tiger. "Drug dealer" doesn't go well on a job application.
