Nor do uber billionaires need all the tax breaks they get.

I bet if you took just a fraction of those giveaways and funded health care, and paid livable wages, less of America would be on the government dime.

You wouldn't need to spend any money to get livable wages. Raising the minimum wage would help the economy and help businesses because more people would actually have disposable income. The issue there is her immigration status. Any citizen with end stage renal disease is automatically covered by Medicare regardless of age. For some reason we give socialism to kidney patients. I enjoyed that when i needed it. But it angers me that we can't apply that to so many other conditions.

Do single payer systems in other countries provide that level of care for undocumented immigrants for the same amount (or no amount) as citizens?
