And no, I just find it funny how you're spewing all of this nonsense and don't know a thing about African-American culture. You're an outsider talking shit you know nothing about. "Listening to them isn't enough" is once again YOUR statement, not mine. Stop putting words in my mouth.

What are you trying to accomplish here? this conversation is going nowhere.

Honest mistake. I'm on my phone now and it's not the best screen.

I do stand by the last bit though. What should it take then for me to understand enough about what the black culture in America is going through?
You'll never understand it.

Not experientially, sure. But if you don't read what African Americans have to say, you're not going to at all get what they're going through. It's called learning dude. You know that very well. So why use this silly gotcha moment at me?

Going back to the OP, it seems like you missed my ETA earlier, so I'll rephrase here:

Given what you recently said, was it unreasonable to suspect racism in this specific case? (The OP)

Also out of curiosity, why is it you asked about my personal life after Yav [disparagingly] pointed out that I'm on the spectrum? Could be coincidence but might as well see what you have to say.

You can read and listen all you like. I'm glad to hear you're willing to do that. But don't pretend that means you understand African-American culture; you don't and never will. Your painting of African-American people as constant victims is condescending and ACTUALLY racist.

Interesting last statement. This is the same stuff Benny said in the other thread. Why do you think as someone who's not black, you get to determine whether the level of support for black people that you perceive me to have is racist, and not black people themselves?

Same question right back to you. How long you wanna do this for? Really fighting for that coveted last word huh.

What you don't think that telling a tell a black person—whose ancestors built “the best country in the world” for free—to “go back” is not racist?
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

What about this one

(February 19, 2019 at 7:43 am)PRJA93 Wrote: Provide evidence for THIS SPECIFIC situation that shows it was about race and I'll gladly shut the fuck up. Did a single teacher or school official say anything about the kid being black or African-Americans in general mention anything about race?

substitute teacher told him to go back to Africa and unfortunatley that is a racist provocation after which she called the cops saying the kid is unhinged.

Imagine if teacher insulted you in front of the whole class. Would you just swallow it? Stay calm and silent?

Are you just willfully putting my posts out of order to try and prove some point? Re-read the thread. You clearly didn't follow our conversation. The development concerning the teacher making those comments didn't come out until late this morning. In fact, I still have not seen a single source besides CNN talk about that specific comment being made. If the teacher said that, obviously it's insanely insensitive and points to the fact that she's probably prejudiced against African-Americans. What the fuck are you talking about?
