Or, nothing is ever going to happen to trump, even if he did walk out onto the street and shoot someone.
Mostly, because too many people have implicated themselves and implicated the institution of our democracy. Finding him guilty of anything would expose our government as a farce. What is the entire GOP supposed to say post-treason? Trump was just so sexy, he was dripping with charisma? They were foolish girls and fell in with the wrong boy?

Yea - SOUNDS good.
But, like always with Trump, I'll believe it when I see it. Multiple times over the past couple years I've heard us on the left proclaim, "This is IT! Trump is outta here!" - only for said stories to dwindle and whither away like the rest of them.
For better or worse, we seem to be stuck with this guy for now.
I'd be lying if I said it wouldn't give me joy to see him impeached, though.
