Obviously not, but this is supposed to be a joke thread..yes? There's nothing funnier than this very real and very modern notion of hate speech as espoused by hate speakers. This thread could go on for 1k pages and no one will come close to topping their hilarious idiocy.

Hate speech is not something I'm willing to joke about . In Oz, we have anti hate speech laws. I do not support them. Imo, freedom of speech must include the freedom to offend. I believe we all have an absolute right to be offended. We do not have a right NOT to be offended. "You're offended? So fucking what?" Stephen Fry. Freedom of speech is not the same as licence. I accept that it does not include the right to yell "FIRE!" in a crowded theatre. Nor does it include the right to incite violence... Not about "saying random things we wish to say." PS: I have done a bit of research and cannot verify that this is Chomsky's quote. (Though I've heard that it is from multiple sources.) If anyone can provide info, it would be would be helpful.
