I'm purchasing and moving to an unoccupied island. 

People are free to join me once they've been interviewed and determined to be the type who are content to simply mind their own business and live their lives without behaving like a dick towards their fellow islanders. 
There will be pineapple and conch.

I'm currently in the process of writing a new novel whereby Not Trump was elected for a second term and completely destroyed the country to the point where the rest of the world just completely cut off all ties. The setting is the twenty-second century and involves an individual who travels to the broken America that has been shown on the news, and he discovers it is much worse than portrayed.

Futuristic apocalypse style novel.
