why faith fails

Why doesn't God answer prayers?
For the same reason that leprechauns don't hand out gold at the end of a rainbow... ..
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
Bich need a restraining order, he has to keep at least 500 yards from reality.
I would rather learn how is babby formed.
Faith fails because, after the big bang, there weren't enough atoms left over to form magical nonsense.

Says the guy who has been guilty of every fallacy there is (this is an obvious ad populum), and actually believes he's the rational one. At one time, the vast majority of humanity believed the earth was flat, the sun orbited the earth, disease was caused by demons, etc, etc. How did all that work out for the 'majority'? Quote:close after the big bang and the whole of evolution/dragons running the planet, monkeys morphing into men, magical global heating and cooling that can only be fixed by a tax on all energy usage, I would say most of you do not even have the faith of a mustard seed left in you given the expenditure of faith you have already demonstrated trying to hide from God. I actually thought you were smart enough to accept the observable fact of evolution and climate change. I must have been mistaking you for an intelligent theist. You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
If by 2.4% of the world Drich means percentage of the world's population that is atheist; he seems to be making a point that being a minority somehow makes us wrong. That isn't true, which is good for him, because the percentage of the world's population that is Christian is 29.81%; also a minority. But it's argument ad populum anyway, which means it really doesn't have anything to do with whether we're right or not.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.
