I don't agree with you.

USA is a "Federal Presidential Constitutional Republic" composed of 50 states , 5 inhabited territories (One unincorporated and unorganized. This is "American Samoa" and four others that are unincorporated and organized. These four territories are "Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands" , "Commonwealth of Puerto Rico" , "Guam" , "Virgin Islands of the United State") and the District of Columbia.
Can you quote me any legislation in any US jurisdiction that authorize after birth abortion ?

Europe is composed of many independent and sovereign states with different legislation and regulation. Bring me an evidence about the legality of after birth abortion in any of these ?
Some are members of any of the following organization (European Union or EU , EEA or European Economic Area , EFTA or European Free Trade Association , CoE or Council of Europe and others Pan-European organization) but some of them aren't members of any of these organization.
The definition of Europe depend of Geographer therefore I won't say you which countries are European and those who are not.
There are the geographical Europe and the cultural Europe. For example for the majority of geographers "Republic of Malta" isn't a part of geographical Europe because it is an archipelago but it is considered culturally as a part of Europe.

RE: Abortion poll
Why is this is the atheism section of the forum?

And I'm gonna' say legal up to 26 weeks, because I think the issue is that a lot of women don't even know they're pregnant until 12 weeks or later into their pregnancy. So unless you expect women to test themselves every few weeks, they should be allowed to abort until the end of the second trimester.

I don't think abortion is a good thing, and we shouldn't treat it as some get of jail free card... but I'd be interested to know how many men, who are pro-life, would feel the same way they do now if men had to carry babies instead. My guess is a lot of these men would change their tune pretty quickly.
If you're frightened of dying, and you're holding on, you'll see devils tearing your life away. But if you've made your peace, then the devils are really angels, freeing you from the Earth.

RE: Abortion poll
I misread the options and so I voted "all abortions should be illegal" which is totally NOT the case.

I am in support of the choice of having an abortion up until the birth of the child. I am also in support of having to use euthanasia on newborn infants in "bad" cases, which is what I think the OP was meant to say with the phrase "after-birth abortion".

But I also think the ultimate solution to abortion is an expansion of planned parenthood (which includes the usage of birth control) and the "expanded" usage of IUDs in the nation and worldwide.

RE: Abortion poll
It's obvious that conservative Christians support after-birth abortion as long as it’s in the form of mass shootings.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Some Conservative states are also trying to ban IUDs and other birth control.

How soaking one's "bleep" in a hot bathtub for 30 minutes? Misdemeanor?
