Nice try tho. 2/10
So, you don't have any good reasons to not believe in God? I believe it. I bet you don't believe in God for emotional reasons. I explained this in a previous post.
Nice try tho.
1/10 You insist on ignoring reason 101. Your choice. Doubling down on BS wont get you anywhere, at least not here. Your condescension is....unimpressive considering your ignorance, about reason 101 at least.
Your trolling is obvious and also very unimpressive. You will be gone soon, like most trolls. The universe wont hardly notice your presence here.

Oh look, another one flogging emotional reasons. I never got this one, particularly from christians, whose religion is based on the hope of a happy life in the hereafter. What do they want to say, really..? Hope bad, reason good? Brilliant plan, run with that for a few more years and take a headcount of who still believes in a shaman's promise of eternity.
It's unlikely that a person is an atheist - or a theist, for emotional reasons..but it's very likely that people are religious or irreligious for emotional reasons, and why not?
If you find a religion disgusting, as I find your religion, OP...then why would any person in their right mind join it? I assume that you're one of those red blooded males that doesn't particularly enjoy the taste of dick. Had one in your mouth recently? Do you think it's strange that you haven't had one your mouth recently? Would you castigate another for refusing to put a man's penis in his mouth for emotional reasons? This is how I see your religion, and your god. This is why it wouldn't matter if your god were real.
I still don't want to put your dick in my mouth. I'm sure you can understand that. No matter how many times you swear that you really do have a dick, a big one......I still don't want to put it in my mouth. You might want to give this some thought the next time you try to cram it down a strangers throat.

God with an uppercase g is typically defined as a being who is omnipotent, omniscient, necessary, the creator of all things outside Himself, immaterial, and omnipresent.
Wow. You really are new to this, aren't you.
The three omni's are self contradictory in so many ways that theologians invented pretzels to try and wriggle out of the contradictory BS. I am astonished that you are so naive that you have not encountered these glaring issues.
Or perhaps you are merely "claiming" to have not encountered them....

Whereas honest theologians (lol) simply throw their hands in the air and call these thing Mysteries. How can god be what we say it is when those things contradict with each other or with reality? It's a mystery. How can god be three and one? Mystery. Made a man and raised from the dead? Mystery.
Groveling at the foot of something that they themselves do not understand, authored by men who understood even less than they did.

No, I've been owning atheists for a long time.

Alright, let's do it. Tell me how they're self-contradictory. This should be good.

If, as you claim, you have been "owning" atheists for a long time, then you MUST have encountered the problem with the tri-omni crap before.
It is hard to know where to start since you are being very coy about which one of the many thousands of claimed deities you favour.
But we can make a start. Would you agree that omniscience means that god knows all. Knows the past, present and future precisely? Or have you some other heterodox definition you are using?

Dude, you totally miss the point of Blorps.
Your god doesn't have any observed attributes.
It is not all powerful. - It has not been observed to have any power. The all powerful attribute was created "by definition"
Your god has never been observed to exist.
Blorps have never been observed to exist.
I created their attributes. I designed the Blorp.
You cannot define something into existence.
Attributes must be observed, not merely attributed to a created definition.
I was hoping you might see that "by definition" is no way to establish the characteristics of an entity. The entity must be observed and then you must observe any attribute it has.
You can't just make up a definition and say this word has these attributes.
The concept of a blorp "by definition" cancels out any Gods or in your case God.
It nullifies all the attributes. It doesn't become a god.
Your god is a mental construct.
I've created another mental construct that prevents such a being from existing.
Your god doesn't exist.
There are no reasons to believe that any gods exist.
You claim a god exists. That's all you have done.
You've made an assertion.
Can you not understand that you cannot bring something into existence "by definition" ?
Is that why you accepted the idea that Blorps existed ?
You didn't object to the idea that I created the blorp.
You argued that it couldn't do those things to your god because your god has these attributes.
Are you that gullible ?
If you believe Blorps exist, wait till I tell you about the Crelopes.

This is a very long-winded cop-out. You claimed that there are logical contradictions in the definition of God and I'm asking you what they are. I'm giving you the ball.

You know, I am getting a certain vibe from all of this.
Most mature individuals have worked in a place where the brand spanking new kid gets sent to central stores for a long stand, or a glass hammer, or two cans of tartan paint, or a set of sky hooks, or some fresh hair. These threads just have that vibe.

If this broken kid is older than 14, I'll be shocked.
