I expect a representative of the mods to reply to me. Your vote alone worth nothing, but obviously you don't even know what the word "voting" means.

Whaddya mean 'no'? You said no one from management has ventured an opinion - that simply not true.  Valks and I are members of management and we've both given you our opinion.

You're perfectly correct about the description of this section, and you're using it properly.  No one said otherwise.

Two mods have already replied to you.  We don't have an official representative, but I'm sure we could dig one up. Not sure how it would help, but we can try to make it happen if you like.

Thing here is that WinterofAtlas will only be happy when the answer to his suggestion is yes.

This has nothing to do with a procedure being followed, or not.

It's really not a suggestion, it's a demand.

That makes the "red" voice the judge here.
So even if you gathered all the "green" you can think of; a "red" voice would be the judge.

Since AF is not a dictatorship, I expect the "red" vote to judge on the matter once and for all, through democratic consultation between members and mods and even "reds".

The details of the voting are a nunya.  But if the final decision were left to an administrator, irrespective of the voting, then AF WOULD be a dictatorship.

By way of example, the warnings you’ve received were decided by a majority vote. It has never happened (as far as I’m aware) that an admin has issued a warning when the vote went the other way.

It’ll be the same with a decision on a Human Rights section of the Forum. You seem to think  that if all mods and all admins but one voted against the new section, the lone holdout would approve the section and it would be created. Doesn’t work that way.

"Nunya" means "non of your business"; so the reader can understand.

But if the final decision were left to an administrator, irrespective of the voting, then AF WOULD be a dictatorship.

But above the "mod"s' decision and voting; an Admin decision must be made too based on a voting between the Admins themselves. i.e your mod statue only gives you the right to vote for such a thing in the first place.

Personally, I think it's unethical to tell the details of such things -as warning- publicly.
