Human Rights Section

Quote:"Nunya" means "non of your business"; so the reader can understand.

Pretty common knowledge, but ta all the same.

Quote:But above the "mod"s' decision and voting; an Admin decision must be made too based on a voting between the Admins themselves. i.e your mod statue only gives you the right to vote for such a thing in the first place.

Again, that's not how it works. ALL the mods and ALL the admins would vote (or at least as many as we could scrounge up). The decision goes to the majority.

And I don't have a 'mod statue'.  Got a Batman one, though, and several animal statues.

Quote:Personally, I think it's unethical to tell the details of such things -as warning- publicly.

So do I, which is why I didn't go into detail.

please see my comment that discussed this issue.

I did. Looking at it again won't make it any less wrong.

Both Boru and I have given our opinion.

We're the two staff who post here regularly, with the others popping in when their time allows.

We'll leave this discussion open for others to give their opinions but it may take a while for that to happen.

And, if the discussion goes the way of creating a new forum, it will require an admin to make the required changes.

So repeatly making demands of us won't get things done any quicker and won't make us relent and decide to do what you want.

Maybe it's just me but I see this Human Rights sub forum as a place for WinterofAtlas to dump more of his anti-Western rantings since that's the only human rights issue he seems to be concerned with.

Thank you very much for your efforts. A vote between the "green" and the "red" would lead a "red" to decide either to open or don't act.

I'll wait for the result of that voting.

No. It. Wouldn’t.

There aren’t votes between red and green. We vote together. What Valk is saying is that the mechanics of creating the new section would need to be done by an administrator (they have the tools to do it, moderators do not).

Huh. I thought it just another typo. Spelling matters.

Boru

But couldn't everything besides atheism be discussed in off-topic if there were just the atheism and off-topic subforums?

Nah. AtlasS simply wants to establish his very own echo chamber on this forum. The mods are not interested, nor is anyone else.

ETA: Apologies, you are new AtlasS was winterholds previous handle.
