Chauvin Murder Trial
RE: Chauvin Murder Trial
Angry, bitchy, or bratty witnesses don't seem like they change the facts of a murder. Presumably, all sorts of people get murdered, and all sorts of people are witnesses to that murder or to some material fact.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

You posted that women who want justice without physical evidence for a crime (one that quite often does not have physical evidence) are irrational, and then some other stuff about falsely accused men.
It's not my job to explain to you why that's a disgusting and repugnant statement.
There is nothing wrong with being emotional, so no need to tone-police me. I have earned the right to be emotional about this topic. (and that does not equate to irrational).
Here response to you is essentially more of the same. Twisted

Yet emotionalism about emotionalism is bad.

No, they don't change the facts, but they were acting like little children in a courtroom and the judge was pissed off at the firefighter woman. The actual children and teenagers were much better behaved. Just thought it was an interesting thing to point out, as they were pretty much tanking their own credibility with everything else they were saying, but their testimony doesn't matter much. We'll see what the medical examiners say.

And, oddly, there were two different post-mortem exams. And they both concluded that Floyd died of homicide.

How did I miss this video from his 2019 arrest? "He's eating all kinds of stuff" the officer says. I know it's 2019 and not 2020, but past behaviour usually dictates future behaviour.

So, the year before he died, he swallowed some drugs after the cops arrested him.

Are you arguing that that time, he also had a cop kneel on his neck long past the point where he lost consciousness?
Did he somehow die of an overdose in 2019, come back to life, and then manage to die the same way in 2020?

No? Then this case ain't fucking relevant to what happened in 2020.
