So I guess all this US backing wasn't that bad after all. Deesse23 Wrote:There you go. Russia aggressively tried to expand into american sphere of influence. USA had to preemptively, defensively, invade! Thus i would rather call it a "police" action than a war. All Venezuela now has to do is to give the oil fields to the USA, install a US friendly regime, reduce army strength and accept useless guarantees by Trump. Indeed, Venezuela got too close to BRICKS.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
In his current term, Trump has bombed
Iran Iraq Nigeria Somalia Syria Yemen Venezuela And of course he's continued to supply bombs to Israel, which is currently dropping them on Gaza City and Khan Younis. Its all orchestrated by Russia! Russia is tryng to encircle the USA. Venezuela definitely should not have a say about what alliances it wants to join. Its in the historically well established sphere of interest of the USA. Are there any english speaking minorities that happen to be oppressed in any way in Venezuela? Asking for a friend

The US likes to meddle with Middle- and South American politics!? Wow!! I had NO idea! Thank you so much for educating me! Can you also recommend some authors of philosophy to me?

So, I get home and Trump has started a war with South America and is making threatening comments towards Mexico.
