Or is it only bad when individuals you don't like do it? I got plenty more examples by the way.
Of course I don't like it when police attack medics. What kind of question is that? Like I have posted before, the police are a gang, and no snitching is the rule. They cover for each other. There is plenty of racism in police departments, etc. This has always been my position. Me defending Derek Chauvin was not about him being a police officer. It was about the letter of the law, due process, a fair trial and all of that good stuff. I will defend someone's rights just the same whether they are a police officer or not, for instance, Bill Cosby. Releasing him was the right thing to do.
Police assaulting people is shameful and hundreds of people crowding around an ambulance with people shaking their asses on it is also pretty shameful and gross. What were they thinking? BLM has taught people to act a fool and have an IDGAF attitude, and now they're doing this crap. It's a cancerous attitude.

I was being as absolutely kind as possible to these people by blaming BLM. It's either someone or something influenced them to act like this, or as HRC would put it, they're super predators with no conscience and no morals. I'd rather blame the people putting nonsense into their heads than to completely write these people off as super predators who can't possibly change. I didn't see them twerking and playing football on top of ambulances before BLM came around.

I think it’s more social media getting people outraged enough to do something, but not giving them enough training in optics to know what’s actually going to get people on your side.

Boru I’m talking more getting the moderates on your side who aren’t sure about your cause but could be swayed to it than convincing hardcore racists to join in. It’s how we got to convince people that segregating and blatantly mistreating people of color is a bad thing during the Civil Rights movement, and as slow as progress has been on that front, it’s still happening.
That’s where optics really matter.
