Is President Obama lying and part of the biggest psychological operation known to man?

What are you suggesting Obama said? What is the truth you are implying he would be lying about in this statement? I suspect you are conflating "we can't explain" with "cannot be explained." The former is mundane and leads to nothing.

I'm not suggesting Obama said anything. He said it. The phenomena is real. Fake Messiah is the one that suggested senators and people like that were lying about UAP and USOs to fear monger about the New World Order or something. Fake Messiah claimed it was all birds, planes and weather balloons. Obama clearly just confirmed that that is not the case. We don't know exactly what it is. That's why it's called unidentified.

First, you say that Obama didn't say anything, and then you claim that he confirmed UFOs. Obama didn't confirm it, and I tried to explain it to you but you are too deranged for that.

But, as I said earlier, if you believe in it so much, rent a plane and record some good footage of aliens (you know this time in color and in focus) or at least discover what they "really" are because, remember, YOU BELIVE that pilots see them every day, and don't bother with me. But you have to bother with me because there is no evidence that there are aliens and all you can do is bitch around and yell at people who don't believe in crap you believe in.

And when it comes to your favorite evidence for aliens (sorry, UFOs) you know that blurry night video of triangles that are made with the camera being out of focus for which you claim no one can ever explain, especially not Mick West or anyone with the same camera, I would recommend you a Youtuber named Danny Daytona, maybe you two could be friends. He also takes videos that are out of focus, but for those blobs he gets, he claims to be amoebas floating in the ocean above the firmament that Bible describes. That sounds up your alley.

In the meantime

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

RE: Daily conspiracy
Here's a fun ufo conspiracy. The team that did blue book - a much more credible program than sign and grudge before it, left about 700 ufo reports unresolved - buuuuut...they deliberately misled in their reports of some of those resolved and unresolved, particularly ones pertaining to u2's and sr71 predecessors. At one point, nearly half of the ufo reports making it to their desks were of objects known to them..... which they were not authorized to disclose - and didn't.

This lead to a situation where they basically replicated the failures of the previous programs - insisting on strained and downright illogical explanations for this or that - whatever it took to say, officially, that there was no there there. The fun takeaway being that the program that most people think of as a bellweather investigation and later disclosure by the us government was, in reality, an active disinformation campaign. Hiding real things in a pile of fantasies, right out in the open.

Turns out that pilots and passengers on commercial flights at 10k or so routinely spotted our aircraft up at 80 - which was believed by the public at the time, including pilots and military personnel, to be impossible. It was a real pain in the ass to keep that quiet...until people started talking aliens at fever pitch, at which point we pretty much leaned back and let the loons do the work. Discrediting themselves and discrediting what were, in all likelihood, legitimate sightings. As time goes forward, it was less high altitude craft and more experimental vtols..and wouldn't you know it, ufo behavior and sightings change to suit.

So, the the spirit of the thread, and of government officials up to and including presidents lying about the ufo issue - I wouldn't rule out obama telling a half truth about some of those unresolved incidents. Might be a bit naive of us to think that the president would personally know any of this stuff - but there's probably at least one or two things he knows that we don't, and that he knows they know about..but that's not going to stop him from going on camera and saying "yeah, nobody knows". Basically SOP for ufos at this point.

There is also a question why is it that people think that only the US government "knows the truth" about aliens/ UFOs, or whatever you call them? Do they just take everyone's cameras when they film alien spaceships? There are also other governments - or are they all working secretly in tandem to hide alien presence from us? They are all erasing the memories of thousands of people who fly on passenger jets and erase their camera's flash drives.

RE: Daily conspiracy
I think we can answer at least a few of those questions by reference to the circumstances of those three projects. They all used voluntary reporting. The people who reported the sightings felt comfortable enough with the government to dial them up and tell them what they saw...and, for the most part that was it for them. Once and done. Of the hundreds of unresolved reports, scant few have any active disseminators.

There was no one that needed erasing, no cameras that needed to be confiscated, and as such there was no need for a shadowy them. Importantly, reacting to a given report could have clued people in on the conspiracy nestled within the investigation. So, instead, they projected and for the most part genuinely maintained an open and dutiful relationship to the reporting public. Their projects had important defense applications wholly unrelated to aliens or ufos, and they depended on those reports.

-all of this, ofc, is only according to documents they produced and released....but they would say that, wouldn't they? Wink

God I love the aliens, can't stop gnawing, any excuse not to work. Does it strike anyone else as telling that, today, uap and ufo sightings revolve around the sorts of rapid vector changes that would be difficult or impossible....if there were a human pilot onboard...?

I agree with most of this. They did cover up secret US aircraft in the past with lies, of course, and they didn't mind when people thought it was aliens. Are they doing that now though? Objects or phenomena that goes from miles up above the ocean, and zips down to sea level in seconds to hover over the water? Things going over 10,000 miles per hour? Is this all bullshit being fed to us, or are these secret US drones, and if so, why would Obama and the rest of the establishment be talking about this stuff rather than trying to keep it a complete secret? Why the ramp up of these UFO stories times 1000 over the past few years? Is this all just about getting more funding for the military/ Space Force/ whatever else? Is Obama bringing this up to help other politicians by distracting from their shit to try to get the people to waste their time thinking about little green men? Why is the establishment/ media/ senators pushing this so hard right now, when they didn't really do that before the past few years? Why now? Why at this moment in time?

Sure, many people love believing in fairytales, that's why parents tell kids that Santa exists - so that they have some fun.

Anyway, it seems that the Golden Age of conspiracies is ahead

Quote:Conspiracy-obsessed Trump fanatics are taking over state GOP parties all across America

A new report from Vice News shows how conspiracy theory-spouting supporters of former President Donald Trump have been systematically taking over state Republican parties.

Many of the pro-Trump chairs reviewed by Vice are explicitly pushing the lie that the 2020 election was stolen from the former president, despite the fact that the Trump campaign's lawsuits attempting to establish such supposed fraud got tossed out of courts all across the country.

And some extreme Trumpists go well beyond just pushing false claims about the election: New Oklahoma GOP chairman John Bennett, for instance, once said the entire religion of Islam was a "cancer" that needed to be eradicated, while also declaring that Hillary Clinton be put before a firing squad.

"Oregon's state party is similarly off the rails," writes Vice News. "Its executive committee put out a statement in late January claiming there was "growing evidence" the Capitol insurrection was a "false flag operation designed to discredit" Trump and the GOP."

They talked about the other stuff too, that was part of keeping it a secret.

Anyway, why do these disclosures happen when they do, why this moment in time (whatever moment that happens to be for each disclosure).  The answer to that is, usually, that it's been mandated by law at some point in the past.  They've used these opportutnities to actively misinform in the past, and misinform beyond any grade school idea of a coverup of aliens.  They're lying about the shit you believe is true.  They're absolutely not spilling the beans on any uap or ufo that amounts to a classified government program.

Not now, not ever.

By the by, that's not even the most hilarious government conspiracy about the aliens that the us ever got up to - or, at least, that it's been credibly accused of getting up to. There may have been an entire industry and work group devoted to convincing key actors that there really were aliens...and that the us had some agreement with them that granted us advanced tech.

There were nutballs in soviet command just like we had nutballs in ours - and encouraging those nutballs was seen (or could have been seen to be) a real strategic advantage (just as we worried that their encouraging ours could disadvantage us).

Just imagine, people who's job it was to pretend to be all of the things that nuts imagine they would be. Not really the men in black, they just play one on tv, for a limited audience.
