America requires Americans. No, we don’t all need to look and sound identical, but we do need to be specific about what makes an American an American. American culture, with its Christian civil religion, is required to maintain this union of states and their self-governing peoples. You cannot take people from any other civic, commercial, or cultural context, drop them within American borders, and expect that you will get the same results as those who are fully assimilated to our country’s historic way of life.

Oh no, Christian organizations that tolerate gay people are devil's traps to drag Christians into hell. Gay people are devil's minions, and I can say that because I have gay friends.

We must abandon the ethical progress of society and go back to the bronze age bigotry of the Bible that Jesus preached.

This is the real danger of Progressive Christianity

This movement isn’t just a theological shift. It’s a spiritual counterfeit — one that keeps the language of Christianity but trades the authority of Scripture for the approval of culture. Progressive Christianity deceives from the inside. It misleads under the banner of Jesus — offering a form of godliness but denying its power (2 Timothy 3:5). And it’s costing people their salvation.

At its core, progressive theology tends to reject the authority and inerrancy of the Bible, reinterpret sin through the lens of human experience, emphasize love and inclusion over holiness and repentance, and downplay the exclusivity of Christ for salvation.

In this view, truth is flexible. God’s commands are negotiable. And Jesus becomes more of a moral teacher than a Savior who calls us to deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow Him (Luke 9:23). That’s not Christianity. That’s deception.

Atheists make no pretense about their disbelief. You know where they stand. But progressive Christians use Christian language, Scripture, and emotion to validate teachings that directly contradict the Bible. They redefine sin, affirm lifestyles that Scripture calls us to repent from, and reduce salvation to a vague message of self-love. In doing so, they lead others down a path that feels spiritual — but is ultimately separated from Christ. Jesus warned about this kind of deception: “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves” (Matthew 7:15). Progressive Christianity often wears that sheep’s clothing well. But it leaves people spiritually lost, thinking they’re saved while embracing a gospel that has no power to save.

Whether it’s sexuality, gender, marriage, abortion, or even the exclusivity of the Gospel, this movement molds faith to fit culture, rather than calling culture to repent and follow Christ.

I have many friends who consider themselves Christians and also identify as gay. Some are even politically conservative. They love Jesus — or at least they think they do. But they’ve been taught, as I once believed, that God affirms their same-sex relationships as long as they’re “loving” and “monogamous.” I understand the desire to reconcile faith and desire. I lived in that space for years — trying to convince myself that God was okay with what I wanted as long as I was sincere. But sincerity doesn’t save us. Jesus does.

La Macarena - a beloved 5ft 9in wooden effigy of the Virgin Mary in Seville, Spain - was sent out from her shrine back in June for some regular touch ups.

However when she came back, furious devotees said they no longer recognised her face.

Her glow-up saw her gain longer eye lashes, changes to the colour of her complexion and tweaks to her skin and nose.

'Her facial expression has completely changed,' one outraged worshipper told Spanish newspaper El Pais.

One woman even accused Mr Arquillo, a professor at the University of Seville who has worked on the figure for years, of 'murdering' the Virgin live on television.

The makeover sparked huge protests in Seville and also triggered instability within the Brotherhood of the Macarena - the group entrusted with protecting her image.

Hundreds of angry worshippers gathered outside the Basilica de la Macarena in June calling for the resignation of the brotherhood's leader.

The church quickly issued an apology and closed for half a day while last minute touch ups were carried out.

And when it reopened, the effigy, which is paraded around Seville every year during the city's historic Semana Santa celebrations, had shorter eyelashes.

However, the changes did little to quell the unrest - with worshippers saying her facial expression had got even worse.

It also comes after a Polish village was left outraged earlier this year after a botched renovation of a 1820 shrine of Jesus and the Virgin Mary left the Blessed Mother looking like a 'Simpsons' cartoon character.

Once described by experts as 'tall and slender', the Virgin Mary statue just outside the village of Stuszionka now has oversized mitten-like hands, exaggerated eyes and a crooked frown accentuated by bright red lipstick.

Can you blame them, considering that Christians are trying to abolish the teaching of evolution in schools? Or does this guy think that atheists manipulated (certain) Christians into believing that evolution is in conflict with the Bible, and that is why they're trying to ban the teaching of evolution?

Jewish holidaymakers dismantle hillside Christian cross and use stones to create Star of David



The 60ft long cross made from loose stones is believed to have been in place for at least 50 years on the hill below the Great Orme summit in Llandudno, north Wales, a popular tourist spot that is widely known in the local area.

So when footage emerged that appeared to show a group of young people, some apparently wearing traditional kippah headcaps, removing stones from a long-standing Christian symbol, many were furious.

A video posted on a local Facebook group purporting to have been filmed last Friday showed a small group kicking at stones that made up the outline of the cross.

It then shows some of the youngsters using the stones from the cross to make an alternative piece of religious iconography further along the hillside: a Star of David, the symbol of the Jewish faith.

The incident led to uproar among some locals, with many taking to social media to slam the destruction of the cross on the grass hillside, which is popularly known as 'The Hill of Names' because families also often use the rocks to spell out the names of loved ones who have died.

The Facebook user who posted the video stated in his post: 'Sorry… but this cross has been on the Orme for years… show respect to any religion.'

Locals responded by describing it as 'disgraceful' and 'shocking', while others accused those responsible of having 'no respect' for the Christian landmark.

Another said: 'If a Christian dismantled a Star of David to build a cross, we would be put in prison and face hate crimes!!...absolutely DISGUSTING!!!'

As news of the damage spread, locals went to the hillside and restored the stones to their original positions and by the end of the weekend, the cross was back in place, and the six-point star had gone.
