I believe he's still here because this is his only social outlet, the real world has him on ignore or is banned. You'll need to ask the mods/admins about trolling rules.

I have tried to get Ahriman to try to get along with the members here but he doesn't seem interested in that.
The best thing to do is ignore.
Until he blatantly steps over a line, there's not a lot we can do.
The ignore function can be your friend.

I put him on ignore some time ago. It's great. If I ever want to see his posts, I just click the button.
Like Brewer said, I wonder if this is one of his few social outlets. I personally don't mind him that much. Some of his off topic threads are fine.
I feel like if he'd take the time to defend some of his positions, he might even be an okay contributor some of the time. But because he just claims things by fiat and leaves it at that... a conversation isn't really worth the energy.

I was a moderator on one of the most popular channels on EFNet for ten years. Trolls don't bother me and I've been known to engage in counter-trolling from time to time.
