I was talking about my therapist about she talked about how Russian officers were actively encouraging soldiers to rape Ukrainian children and how this was caught on tape.
That said, I haven't been able to find that. However, I found audio of Russian Officers demanding their soldiers target civilians:
Another phone call between a Russian soldier and his wife where she's giving him permission to rape Ukrainian women:
As well as reports of women, children, and fucking infants being raped.
But no audio of Russian generals ordering their soldiers to rape children yet.
