I've made a new video against low-carb diets

RE: I've made a new video against low-carb diets
I found the perfect diet years ago (perfect for me, at least): if my weight starts to go up, I eat a little less of everything until it goes back down.

Caveat #1: Don’t listen to me - I don’t know you or your dietary requirements. The above is what works best for me. What works best for anyone else should be determined by someone qualified.

Caveat #2: It may sound harsh, but anyone who gets their medical advice from nameless, faceless strangers on the interwebz deserves whatever happens to them.

Why the hell is there a x-mas tree in the background? Are you the reincarnation of Yule Gibbons?

Camus is educated in that field.  FA admits he is not.

I was agreeing with Camus.

My bad - just kind of letting you and FA and everyone else that Camus has knowledge in this area.

Researchers have been studying the effects of various macronutrient altered diet patterns for years, which is no easy task considering the myriad of factors that can impact measurable health comes, so to call any one position on the subject “obvious nonsense” seems like some serious hand-waving on your part.

Have you watched the video? That was a response to somebody claiming coconuts are heathy for people with type-2-diabetes.

Oh, well, that's different.  sigh

A simple Google search will tell you that coconuts are fine for people with type 2 diabetes with certain limitations.

Can't wait for the next nonsensical video.

What do you mean? Coconuts are not fine for anybody, especially not for people with hightened risk of heart disease.

Gee, my cardiologist has never warned me against coconut.

And, by the way, heart disease is not diabetes.

Try again to make some sense.

That’s ridiculous, oversimplified nonsense.
